I'm a former fat kid who fell in love with fitness while training for high school wrestling. I believe the lessons learned while training shape our lives. I have experience training high-level athletes and weekend warriors who are seeking peak performance and retirees seeking to stay healthy and mobile for the years ahead. I'm passionate about training people to build functional strength, lose fat, improve mobility, and improve endurance to ensure your readiness for anything life throws your way. Aside from time in the gym, I enjoy playing golf, cooking barbeque, watching NFL football (GO CHIEFS!), and hanging out at the beach with my lovely wife.
